Fishing Below The Dam for a REAL River Monster – Personal Best Fish!
In the first episode this week I was happy to have a chance to go fishing below the dam for a real river monster! I actually caught my personal best fish while fishing by the dam with Joe in Chattanooga. After a bite that had me running to the other side of the boat, the battle with the 35 lb fish begins. Since Joe is busy at the moment catching his own fish, I’m on my own for awhile. I manage to pull the fish through some tangled line and finally get it to the boat. This monster fish is my new personal best at a solid 35 lbs. I even caught a nice largemouth bass on this trip! I have to thank Joe From Chatt Cats Fishing for the opportunity to catch a giant like this.

Fishing with Chicken & Fish – Which Bait Catches More Fish at the Dam?
In the second episode this week we try to find out which cut bait will catch more fish at the dam, chicken vs fish? Chicken and fish are both great baits for fishing, but today we’re fishing both at the same time to see which catches more fish. I’m using some cut shad and sunfish, and Joe (Chatt Cats) is using some plain chicken. I start things off by catching two fish while the chicken isn’t catching anything. However, it doesn’t take too long for the chicken to pull ahead. In the end, the chicken catches six fish while the cut fish catches three. Again, both chicken and fish are excellent baits to use when fishing at the dam. Both caught some nice sized fish and were easy to work with. Today, however, the chicken is the winner.

Realistic Fishing Caught a Giant Fish – Biggest Fish of My Life!
In the final episode this week you can see how I caught the biggest fish of my life here on Realistic Fishing for everyone to see. This giant fish weighed a whopping 60 lbs! I caught this sixty pound blue catfish right up near the dam where the water is moving pretty fast. The bait I used was a large sunfish head held on the bottom with an 8 oz sinker. This fish pulled like nothing I’ve ever felt before, and I was really exhausted after this amazing catch. Its not every day you get to catch a giant fish like this. When you see that rod bend over, you know you’re in for something special. If Realistic Fishing can catch a giant fish like this, you can catch the biggest fish of your life too!
