Bass Fishing with a Soft Plastic Frog & Braided Line (Spinning Reel)

Bass Fishing with 30 Year Old Lures Texas Rig Fishing a Craw Worm - Realistic Fishing

In the first episode this week I am giving it a go with some bass fishing using a 30 year old lure. I’m doing some Texas Rig Fishing with a Stanley Craw Worm. You’ll find that soft plastics like craws and worms will last for a long time, especially if you keep them stored in a cool dry place. These craw worms are over 30 years old and yes, they still catching bass. A big thank you to the subscriber who sent them in to the show. I am really happy to catch a few summer bass on these vintage Craw Worms. So next time you come across some old fishing lures, consider giving them a try. Lures and lures and if they used to work, they probably still do and you just might find yourself catching a couple of bass.

Bass Fishing My Home Lake With a Subscriber From California!

Bass Fishing My Home Lake With a Subscriber From California - Realistic Fishing

In this episode, I am bass fishing on my home lake with a subscriber from California. Oh yes friends, that’s right! Realistic Fishing met up with a subscriber and we went bass fishing. I met Dudefishh TV at my own lake to give it a try. Luckily I managed to catch two largemouth bass before it got just way too hot out. Unfortunately he didn’t catch any fish from my highly pressured home turf. I tried to help get him on a bass, but to no avail. That’s how it goes sometimes. It was still a good trip but he will have to try again another day. I know my home lake can be tough so I feel pretty good about getting two bass! Easy Summer Bass Fishing Rig – Wacky Rig Yum Dinger (Beginner Level)

Easy Summer Bass Fishing Rig Wacky Rig Yum Dinger Beginner Level 1 - Realistic Fishing

In the final episode of the week, we see how the wacky rig Yum Dinger is an easy summer bass fishing rig for beginner level anglers. This very simple rig consists of just three parts, the hook, the worm & a small rubber band. Using these three pieces of tackle I end up catching three nice largemouth bass from the bank. All of three of these fish were caught near the weeds while casting from the shore. The final and largest bass of the day ended up stuck out in the weeds so I had to walk out after it. So if you’re looking for an easy summer bass rig, the wacky rig just might be what you are searching for. #bassfishing #notsponsored
