In the week’s first episode our bass fishing match up is Powerbait MaxScent vs Yum Dinger. I was happy to get a surprise catch on one of these bass fishing lures. I started fishing pretty early in the morning and found there were already other fishermen out there trying to catch some bass. I needed to act fast before it became too difficult to find a place to fish. When needing to act fast like that, changing lures is often required. I didn’t catch any bass on the Powerbait MaxScent the General, I switched things up to the Yum Dinger and I got that first fish. Later in the day I tried the PowerBait again and even the score. Finesse fishing from the bank is a great way to catch bass when the pressure is high and there are a lot of folks out there fishing.
