Catch Bass During The Hottest Part of the Year – What You Really Need!
What do you really need to catch bass during the hottest part of the year? You need some skill, tenacity, and most important, a willingness to go fishing. The most expensive fishing gear on the planet can’t catch a fish that isn’t there. Instead, just focus on getting to the water, finding the fish, and getting your lure in front of them. This time of year is definitely the toughest time to catch bass. They are hot and they are lazy. That’s why you need to get the fishing lure right in front of them to even get a bite. In this video I end up catching bass on a grub, a Yum Dinger and a baby brush hog.
It might be tempting to give up on bass fishing this time of year or throw more money at the problem, but just stick with it through the hottest part of the year and you will continue to catch fish.

Bass Fishing With YUM Spine Craw – Catching More Bass $30 Baitcaster
In this episode, Bass Fishing with the Yum Spine craw results in catching more bass on the solid $30 baitcaster. After switching away from the plastic worm, I caught two bass in the last episode. This time I am fishing the rest of the night with the Yum craw. I catch a total of three more bass on the other side of the lake. Two of the bass I catch are somewhere around a half pound. The other is about one pound. It is pretty clear that the bass preferred a crawfish tonight. I’m glad I switched over to the Yum Spine Craw on this hot summer night because I caught a few more bass.

Avoiding Bass Boats While Bank Fishing for Bass – Realistic Fishing!
In the final episode this week: I’m trying to avoid bass boats while bank fishing for bass. The first fishing spot I try looks good at first, but I just can’t seem to get a bite. As I move down the bank I see a bass boat fishing the other end of the park and headed my way. Since I’m not interested in competing with a boat from the bank, I head out to another park to go fishing. Guess what? There is a boat fishing the bank at that park as well! I end up waiting until the evening to go try at the club. I get a chance to fish in peace and I catch 2 nice largemouth bass. One of these bass was two pounds! Tip: If you’re bass fishing from the bank, avoiding boats will increase your chances of catching fish.
