The first episode this week is an unboxing. Thanks to the Realistic Fishing Fans we have another fishing fan mail unboxing and these lures are from you! This unboxing includes plenty of bass fishing soft plastics, as well as a few unique items. Its always fun opening up boxes and looking at fishing lures. I might not be able to fish with all of them, but I still enjoy showing them on the show. I appreciate the variety of mail and the many forms of support that help keep the show up and running. Pond Fishing with Artificial Lures (Tiny Spoon And Honey Worms)

Pond Fishing with Artificial Lures Tiny Spoon And Honey Worms - Realistic Fishing

In the second episode of the week I am out pond fishing with artificial lures like a tiny spoon and honey worms. These small lures are great for catching bluegill in a pond or lake so there is no need for live bait. Since I can keep them in my pocket or tackle box at all times, I am always ready to catch some panfish. I caught a lot of bluegill on the powerbait honey worms. Unfortunately most of them were pretty small. Once I changed to the spoon I started to catch larger fish. I even had a bite from something BIG. I had a good time out there pond fishing with tiny artificial lures, give em a try if you are in the mood for some panfish.

Bass Fishing in a Pond with a Spinner and Crankbait (Summer Bass)

Bass Fishing in a Pond with a Spinner and Crankbait Summer Bass - Realistic Fishing

The final episode this week finds me doing some bass fishing in a pond with a Spinner and a Crankbait. Fishing for summer bass can be hit and miss. Today I get lucky and catch a couple of nice largemouth bass on a Panther Martin inline spinner and an H2O Xpress squarebill crankbait. I also get a nice bluegill on the spinner as well. And to top it off, I get a bite on a popper but the fish comes off the hook. If you are going to try bass fishing in a pond, maybe a spinner or crankbait can work for you as well. Summer bass fishing is still fun when you are catching something.
