Many people know that bluegill and crappie fishing from the bank in the spring can be so much fun, especially when you’re catching big crappie & bluegill! In this episode I’m fishing with a trout magnet jig header and a gulp minnow under a float. After I caught a steady amount of bluegill, all of a sudden I caught a monster 12.5 inch crappie! I also caught a black nosed crappie as well. It really was a great day of spring fishing from the bank despite the water being a bit on the cold side.
