Today I am testing a new float! I’m fishing with a new ultra light float rig designed by i_fish. This is the 1.25 gram float and the matching 1.25 BG-1 jig head. My lure of choice today is a Gulp Alive Minnow (1 inch). I catch a variety of panfish including long ear sunfish and bluegill. The float casts well on my light setup with 6 lb test mono. The slim float highly visible even while fishing from the bank. The float is also quite sensitive seeing that a 4 inch bluegill can easily take it under. I enjoy trying new lures and gear, and I appreciate the chance to test new ultra light rigs like this. #fishing #realistic
