In this episode of Realistic Fishing: I’m trying out a new winter bank fishing spot. Let’s see if I can catch any fish here. I start off fishing from a rocky bluff. I cast to both sides of the bluff with some live bait but I can’t get a single bite. I head down a path that’s covered in smashed pumpkins where I end up at another boat launch and have a bit more confidence in this new fishing spot. In the end I managed to catch a few fish there! Bank fishing in the winter really can be very difficult. If you keep moving and try out some new spots, you too might be able to catch some fish from the bank.
